VOLUNTEER FORM

I hereby pledge to live up to my responsibilities as a 360 Elite Coach through the following ethical code: 

➢  I understand that my conduct while coaching/volunteering will have a definite impact on the youth within the program and the community.
 

➢  I will place the emotional & physical well-being of the athletes ahead of personal desire to win.
 

➢  I will support, cooperate and work in every way to promote youth athletics in the best interest
of the club/program and the youth involved.
 

➢  I will be respectful to fellow coaches, staff, officials, and parents.
 

➢  I will lead by example in demonstrating good sportsmanship.
 

➢  I understand that if any individual (athletes, coaches, parents or spectators) displays
unsportsmanlike conduct prior to, during or following a practice of track meet, he/she will be subject to partial or permanent program removal. Unsportsmanlike conduct can be defined as, but not limited to harassment of participants or officials, profane language and/or gestures, public threat or physical violence.
 

➢  In connection with my activities as a volunteer, I agree to hold all information I may have access to as it relates to the club and participants and will not divulge any information to unauthorized persons.
 

➢  I understand that I am subject to completing a background check.
